Happy November aka National Peanut Butter Lovers Month — the perfect time to satisfy all of your peanut butter cravings. 😋
If you happily subsist on daily PB&J sandwiches and inhale jars of nut butter by the spoonful, you need this PB dip in your life. The magic lies in its ratio of peanut butter to yoghurt, which is absurdly high in favor of gooey peanut butter. The nut butter is studded with dark chocolate pieces, creating contrasting textures to ward off that sticky mouth feel that comes from eating too much nut butter. (Don’t lie, you know the feeling.) The fresh fruit pieces and crunchy rice cakes tie each component together.
One lick and you're gonna be in peanut butter heaven.
This dip is:
〰 Peanut buttery
〰 Not too sweet
〰 Perfectly creamy
〰 100% shareable
〰 Perfect for November
TIME: 10 minutes

March is Nutrition Month!
It's also goodbye winter, hello spring kinda month (who else is excited to welcome the first day of spring on March 20?) And what a better way to celebrate this occasion with a bowl of nutritious spring soup?
Soup is definitely having a moment in our household at the moment and we're not just here for it: We're right behind it, stoking the flames.
With big flavor, bright green colour and short ingredient lists, this soup du jour is impressive enough to serve to friends but casual enough to slurp loudly when no one's around. Gather your blankets, light a candle, and queue up your favorite TV show and turn on the stove. It's soup time!!!
